As ICF coach (International Coaching Federation), I help you to understand, to find what would work for you and to put it in action
I graduated in Vet Medicine, and for more than 20 years, I had various managerial roles in a multinational company.Gradually, I realised that what motivates me the most is to help others to move forwards, at private or professional level.
Therefore, after a Burn-out, I followed during more than 2 years, coaching Curriculum that allows me to certify as professional coach. There I learned and practiced the ICF competences, and personal development tools, and I continue my education.
Today, I work as a consultant, executive coach et coach de vie, to help organisations and individuals going though changes.
By listening and questioning and with some simple exercises, I help my coaches to:
- Enhance self confidence
- Overcome a change, a failure at private or professional level
- Restart after a burnout
- Lean how to put limits, to respect one-self more
- Improve relationship with relatives, partner, between parents and ado’s
- Better succeed at School
- Manage stress and emotions
- Accept with serenity a challenge or a new situation
