About me – Martin Costa
I am Martin, I do coaching in Spanish, English and French. I welcome adults and adolescents, in person or online.
After my studies as a psychologist in Buenos Aires, I specialized in sport psychology and Logotherapy. Already in Belgium I studied to be a certified fitness coach (EQF 3, EREPS) and got my certificate in Plant Based Nutrition from Cornell University (USA).
I love sports, the community that gathers around it, the physical aspect and the mental fortitude they create. I have practice most of them and still do. In football I was lucky enough to play it at a semi-professional level. Currently triathlon training is what I am working on. I look up to the physical and mental strength it requires.
From an athlete, aspiring amateur, office worker or full time mom, I am passionate about helping you reach your life goals. Which might come as a surprise, but they are much alike amongst different individuals. This is because behind our professional identity, we are all people.
We can work on what motivates you, your self-dialogue, expectations and self-esteem. How you deal with stress and anxiety. What happens when you feel depressed, how to deal with it. What is your meaning behind what you do and how you live? How do you act upon daily challenges? What is it that you love?
I invite you to fully dive in a conversation with yourself, in the quest for authenticity.
